    Testing out another journal skin. I think, that once I get a subscription, I'm going to stick with this one. It's exactly what I've been looking for. It's clean, it's simple and it houses everything!



    Hmm. What else is there? Oh yes. Up...I finally picked it up the other day. I haven't watched it yet because I've been told by a particular person that I couldn't watch it by myself. So, I have to wait. Sad.

    Alright. I'm sure that with my last two uploaded requests, you've pretty much figured out how I'm going to accomplish the coloring side of the request. I'll be posting five requests into my gallery and after those five are completed, I'll start the coloring process.

    Every five, uploaded requests will then start a new coloring process. I color a lot faster than I draw, especially in Photoshop. With this new process, I'll be able to take tiny breaks between groups to work on other things.

    If you want to color your own request, please feel free to do so. I don't have a problem with that. Heck, if you want to color other posted requests too, be my guest. My colored deviations will still be posted in my gallery but I will also link your colored version in the artist's comments as well.

    With Christmas around the corner, I've got a handful of gifts I have to dish out (family only) along with some prizes for =DisneyDreamers Behind the Scenes contest. There's a total of 29 requests on the list and I hope to have every single one done before the start/end of February 2010.

    Too far? Eh, I know it might seem far away but with both Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner, things will certainly move by a lot faster. I've got travel plans for Christmas, so that will definitely leave a rut in requests, at least for a week.

    Also, after Christmas I'm hoping to have a year subscription. I miss my subscription.

    Serious pumpkin FAIL!!!!

    What happens until you wait the last minute to find a pumpkin to carve and you find a cute, adorable looking, small pumpkin to feed your carving needs?

    You get an EPIC PUMPKIN FAIL! That's what you get. No wonder why I stick to the larger pumpkins; they're so much easier to carve.

    I was thinking:

    small pumpkin + the day before Halloween = the bestest Halloween pumpkin ever!

    I figured it would be a cinch to carve and I'd be able to sit and watch loads of scary movies. Instead, I got this:

    small pumpkin + the day before Halloween = THE WORST IDEA EVER!!!

    This thing was not only small, it was thick. Monster thick. I couldn't even get one of those "knives that cut through anything" knives to do it.

    My idea was to cut the pumpkin in half and carve the insides. I like carving the insides...it puts me at ease. :giggle: So, I cut a hole at the top, (yesterday) and stuck it in the fridge overnight. I took it out and let it sit then I proceeded to cut the poor thing in half, that way I'd have two unique pumpkin pieces.

    But to my dismay, I got bored and only cut a hole in one half of the pumpkin. I stuck the rest of it in a ziplock bag and stuck it back in the fridge.

    It is a pie pumkin, afterall...so getting the pumpkin was no waste. Tomorrow, it's off to the stove with you, Pumpkin!

    Mmmm. I can smell fresh pumpkin bread and pie in the future. Mmmm.

    Well, at least I made up for it on Flipnote Studio.

    Random Treasures...

    Well, I've hidden other drawing treasures on my MySpace page. It's stuff that'll either be an unlikely candidate for uploading on deviantART, or it's WIPs and things that you haven't seen before. You'll get a nice sneak peek of early WIPs since I'll no longer be uploading WIPs in the future.

    I like the element of surprise.

    But, if you'd rather catch an early glimpses of some stuff or look at sketches and random pics that won't see healthy, dA sun, then feel free to stop by my MySpace page.

    Take note that all of my art albums are set to Friends Only status. I don't want some random people showing up at my profile door, swiping art.
